ABOUT REALM

One team for the machines and the software running on them

OUR STORY

Realm Info Solutions started from a simple frustration: businesses were hiring one vendor to fix their computers and networks, and a completely different one to build their websites and software — with neither side talking to the other.

We built Realm to close that gap. Our team works across both disciplines, so a network issue, a slow application, and a website that needs updating can all be handled by people who already understand your setup, instead of being routed through three different companies.

Today that means we support everything from a single office network to a full custom application — with the same people staying accountable from the first diagnosis to the last line of support.

What guides how we work

TRANSPARENCY

You get a clear diagnosis and a clear quote before any work begins — no vague line items.

RELIABILITY

We size every commitment to what we can actually deliver on time, not what sounds good in a pitch.

CONTINUITY

Support doesn't end at handover — most engagements include an ongoing maintenance window.

Our mission

To give small and mid-sized businesses the kind of coordinated hardware and software support that's usually reserved for companies with an in-house IT department.

Our approach

Start with what's already there. We audit existing hardware and systems first, and recommend changes based on what your business actually needs — not the most expensive option on the shelf.

THE TEAM

Technicians and developers, side by side

Our team is made up of field technicians who handle installation and repair work, and developers who design and build software — working out of the same playbook so handoffs between the two are seamless.

HW

Field & Infrastructure Team

On-site repair, networking and server work.

SW

Development Team

Websites, applications and custom software.

CS

Client Support

Your single point of contact for ongoing requests.
